Rick Clarke and his daughter helped us to sell our downtown condo in April 2021. Although the market was not good and we ended up accepting an offer below market price, Rick's insight, professional advice and quick responses are very impressive. Rick Clark was the realtor we used and we couldn't ask for any better service. He was so helpful with the whole process and we would use him again in a heartbeat!
