Rick Clarke and his daughter helped us to sell our downtown condo in April 2021. Although the market was not good and we ended up accepting an offer below market price, Rick's insight, professional advice and quick responses are very impressive. They helped us achieve a smooth and fast sale. We highly recommend their service!!

I was looking for a new home in another province. It is a very difficult task at the best of times, and so much more difficult during the pandemic. We recently bought our first house in Canada with Rick's help. He is highly professional and most importantly, very patient. There was no rush.
